Wrist pain
Am having wrist pain from last 20 days after picking up heavy bag putting load on thumb. Pain is not severe but mild and is not relieving from long time. What can be done ?

Hi you need to do basic wrist movements with in pain free range and apply ice packs around wrist joint 2 to 3 days. If pain still there consult near by physiotherapist for proper assessment and treatment.
