Wrist injury
Hello Doctor, I have an old(20) problem on my right wrist. It doesn't affect my daily activities. It hurts only if I play badminton, cricket etc. I had not thought of it till now, but wanted to consult a good sports physiotherapist to understand it better and get treated if any.

Hi It's hurting because of getting strain over your wrist. Follow few steps to get best results. Start with warm up of your wrist . It should include stretching of wrist flexors and extensors muscles . Once proper stretching is done next step is Getting accustomed with that routine daily or more often so that when you start playing sports again it should not hurt or strain your muscles again.
