Wrist , hand and fingers pain
My wrists hurts so bad I can't move my hand or do anything . I was yelling because of the pain , it's been like this since the whole day ... I tried everything from medicine to exercises and it still hurts as hell .

Greetings. Sorry about the pain.  Do ice the wrist twice a day or every 2 hours.  If you have injured your wrist then definitely orthopaedic consultation is mandatory.  If no injury to wrist then, wear a wrist brace and rest it for 2-3 weeks. simultaneously see a physio near you and get trigger point therapy.  It will help ease the pain

diagnosis of wrist pain or cause of wrist pain eventually physio will evaluate and confirm.  wearing wrist brace is mandatory. try not use the wrist to help in recovery.
