Few months back, I had a left ankle injury in which the ankle swelled and had internal bleeding. The darkened colour of that area is still present.
1 month back, I had a right ankle injury in which there was no swelling but a small magnitude of internal pain is still present on my whole ankle. Basically, if I run for over half hour, my leg starts paining and i can't run/stride any further.
At the same day as my right ankle injury, I suffered a left wrist injury in which if i roll to the extremes, my wrist has a severe pain.
I am seriously fed up of these sports injuries. Please do reply back for treatment.
