Wounds in sperm bag. Cause these things?

Hello Doctor, I have some itching and reddish in skin over last three years, so I used English treatment for 2 and half years and they said it's seborreic dermatitis and I have changed to siddha treatment for last six months since they told in English treatment that Seborrea problem can't curable one so I changed to sidha treatment. In sidha the doctor who treated me said that my sperm has wounds  that what it's reflecting in my face as reddish and itching. And he said if the wounds in sperm bag cures automatically the problem in my face will go away... Is that true? And he said that the reason for that is due to excessive of masturbation in my life. Is that true? Due to the excess amount of sperm released in my lifetime can cause these things? Please advise me ASAP as I am getting worse due to this day by day please Thanks
