My 2.5 years male indian breed dog got hurt yesterday. He got some wound on his neck. I gave betadine liquid but it remains same. What to do? I have attached picture.

Make sure you keep the wound clean and regularly apply some wound healing medicines like topical spray or cream. Make sure the flies didn't get in to the wound or else it becomes maggot infested. Get a veterinary consultation for medicines prescription
