Wound on forehead

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Someone punch on my forehead 2 months back. It got swollen. I have consulted our family doctor he had operated and removed the dirty blood but still that part is swollen. Experts can you please recommend something. Thanks for your valuable feedback.
