Wound caused by door lock
My son who is 4 years old had an injury on head hammered by door. I am attaching the photo of the injury. Please suggest any ointment/cream or any other medication. Thank you.

T Bact ointment Local application three times a day. Syp.Ibugesic plus 4ml three times a day. Syp . Clavum 5ml two times a day.
