Wound caused by door lock
My son who is 4 years old had an injury on head hammered by door. I am attaching the photo of the injury. Please suggest any ointment/cream or any other medication. Thank you.

Clean it with detol. Apply betadine ointment. And cover it with bandaid. Must give tetanus injection. 1 dose straight away. Keep it clean locally with alcohol rub or sanitizer. No oil on head.or around keep it clean with sanitizer and apply betadine. It will heal. It require one stitch but at this time no need to around. .contussion with slight laceration will heal. Give vitA 50000 iu chewable tablet once a day for 10 days.

T Bact ointment Local application three times a day. Syp.Ibugesic plus 4ml three times a day. Syp . Clavum 5ml two times a day.
