How long have you been married? Have you consulted any doctors regarding infertility? Once a lady starts worrying about pregnancy,  that is the time to seek medical advice.  I suggest you consult a Gynecologist at an Infertility Center.  Let's know if there is some problem.  If your Gynecologist gives clearance that everything is fine,  then you can relax and hope for the best.
