Worries lack of sleep

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Last month when he went to the hospital for my papa's eye operation he saw a man dying. After that he felt unusual, experienced a little chest pain in left side, lack of sleep, worries vomiting. He had to consult a doctor at night. Doctor consulted ecg but it was normal but diagnoses with high BP. He was given some sleeping pills and got well. After 3 months problem started when he had lost some of money in train and the symptoms are same as earlier. What to do?
