Worried about this cough and my breathin

I have had a cough now for 10 weeks been treated with antibiotics inhalers steroids 5 day dose for bronchitis I am a smoker but have stopped having trouble with stairs shortness of air cough is still bad no treatment worked

You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.
