Worried about HIV and STI

Sir recently 5 days back I have visited csw ... i was on my on underwear as well as wearing lean and thin pant (trouser)... where as the lady was completely naked and nude... I was aggressively rubbing and grinding her vagina ... precum released In my underwear ... not sure about her vaginal fluids ... now my worries starts here... is there any possible of her vaginal fluids entered in my under wear and to my meatus (urethra)... chances of hiv and stds... please help me with your advices...
