Worried about baby's health

Hello..Doctor...there are so many bugs at my house...like earwig..silverfish.. different types of bugs...as it's summer..my 4month old baby most of the time remain unclothed..today I found a bug near close to her vagina...m worried if any bug crawl inside her vagina...coz most of the time she does not wear anything...plz help..is there any symptoms if it happens..? Wht to do if it hpns
