I had non veg yesterday from a famous fast food chain, this morning I had reddish earthworm-like 1cm ish worms in my stool,is it the food or I just need de-worming ?

Helminth ( worm ) infestation is very Common.. the sequele may range from anemia to various intestinal manifestations .. get your stool sample examined to help identify the type of worm infestation and get de worming done based on that report .. ( different drugs needed for different worms ) .. consult your local doctor who may guide you in that regard !
