Recently i joint a fancy gym near my house. The personal trainer chages 400 bucks per session. But today my periods started. Is it safe to go for workout on 2 nd day of periods?

Hello.... Since today you had periods you might have some pain ,blood loss in periods causes mild weakness... So it's not advisable to do work out on the day of periods.. But you can go on second or third day... Don't do regourous execise ,do simple exercise............
