Asked for Female, 23 Years

Me and boyfriend didn't had sex,but he just rubbed his penis on my vagina on 7th March 2018 and just for protection I took ipill within 48 hours. Now my stoomach ,lower abdomen is continuously paining and I am not having my periods. I am feeling very sacred and nervous. Is this the side effects of the pill. Or I am pregnant. I took the pregnancy test it's showing me negative. I will again do it after 14 days..
