Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi I have delayed periods by 45 days I started taking meparate took one tablet till now forgot to take another day should d i now stick to one tablet a day at the ame time or i can go to two tablets a day from tomorrow skipping it for tody. Or today i should take one and continue with 2 tablets per day from tomorrow onwards. Also for how many days should i take this tablet.
