Hi Doctor, I'm married and my menstrual cycle was normal. but last December was my last period. and it's been 3 months now and I hadn't had my period. I get a period like pain and sometimes like a pin being pricked. I always need to pass urine and sometimes feel nausea.Also I get back pains, but home pregnancy test is negative. Am I pregnant and doesn't it indicate in the test? Kindly advise me. Best Regards
