You can do pregnancy test the day you miss your period.In case negative and you have high suspicion of pregnancy then do serum beta hCG blood test immediately.If all negative then no chance of pregnancy.then You need medicine for periods.

White discharge is not criteria for getting period.Egen in pregnancy also you will get.Do do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also. If comes negative means no pregnancy.
