It's a little personal. My gf gave me a kind of hj 2days back and a little bit of that is very little semen was there in her hand but after 2hrs. In which we were constantly moving from one place to another(like eating in a restaurant and all) where her hand might have touched various places(like her dress or a cab seat or a chair,etc etc.) But when she went to the washroom where she adjusted her innerwear she is in a doubt if her finger touched her bottomwear and if the semen is not dead. Help!

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Everything aside, first thing is that you guys need to maintain good personal hygiene. Who doesn't wash hands after getting semen on the hands?
