Womb pain popping sensation two missed

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, ive got endometerois. I have the coil I usually get light periods every month for the last 6 years this is my second month with out a period I'm after getting a very bad sharp pain where my womb is situated and a popping sensation where the pain is coming from. I also have a temperature, nausea and vomiting. I aslo haven't been able to find the strings of my coil for the last 3 months and my partner haven't been using condoms. I'm just wondering what us wrong and should I go to the hospital?
