If you have recent coronectomy then it needs some time for healing. Take zerodol p for pain relief. Do warm salt water mouthwash.
If coronectomy has been done long days ago then you are suffering from infection. Take zerodol p for pain relief, tab clavum625mg tds for 5 days. Do warm salt water mouthwash.
Consult with a oral surgeon for necessary action.
