Wisdom tooth pain
Due to wisdom tooth eruption, I am having acute pain in my mouth including jaw , teeth and head. Also, there is wound kind of inside the mouth and swelling on the wisdom tooth side of the face . I am taking amoxy 500 tablet along with paracetamol (with doctors advice), but no results. I also applied hexigel on the wound area. Pain is severe and unbearable sometimes. I am a mother of 5 months old child who is completely on breastfeeding. What medicines can I take to get rid of the pain and swelling ?

Hi paracetamol is the safest painkiller to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If it's not helping you, IBUPROFEN can be taken instead. Other ways to reduce the pain would be : 1.Using a mouthrinse preferably BETADINE twice or thrice daily. 2.You can keep an ice cube in that region to reduce inflammation and also intermittent ice pack application from outside. 3.Avoid hot spicy and hard food as it might trigger the pain. 4.HEXIGEL can also be applied.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist to get that area cleaned as it may give you some relief.
