Hello, A wisdom tooth is one which fails to erupt in the given time and space. if the removal of the impacted tooth was traumatic then surely swelling will be their followed by discomfort and so the given antibiotic and painkiller dose has to be taken properly. If the pain persist please consult a dentist may be it is developing into a dry socket .and get it treated.

U have not mentioned when the removal was done, Rinse with lip warm salt water 3-4 times a day and take medication on timer
