Hello It looks healed, just you have to continue with lukewarm salt water rinses. You can take a course of B- complex vitamins. It should be fine in a week.

Hi, the white part is the bone that used to cover the wisdom tooth from the side of the tongue. It is normal, since the socket bone takes a few weeks to remodel. Do salt water rinsing 3-4 times daily for a week You can also apply Dologel CT and massage the white part and once it resorbs, the irritation would also subside.
Next Steps
Do salt water rinsing 3-4 times daily for a week

Hi Don’t worry, it’s the healing tissue. It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks for complete healing to occur. Sometimes it may take more time. Unless the whitish tissue is painful or bleeding you need not worry
Next Steps
Use mouthwash regularly ( twice) also brush twice daily. Use STOLIN gum paint on the scar tissue which will help you in faster healing
Health Tips
If it bleeds or hurts consult the doctor who extracted your tooth

Whitish granulation tissue is a normal response to the healing process.it may take some time to completely get rid of it.
Next Steps
You can do salt water gargle or betadine mouth wash two times a day.
Health Tips
If you are able to visit a dental clinic then you can get a zinc oxide eugenol pack on the extraction socket as it may help in reducing the granulation tissue.

Basically soft tissue healing in 7-10 days. But bone regeneration takes around 6 months. But white point seen in tongue side (lingual side), that is some bone sharpness or pointed bone. Pls apply gel Rexidine M Fort gel thrice daily for 1 to 2 weeks.
Next Steps

Health Tips
