My wisdom teeth is coming out ig .somedays food gets stuck there and pains and also for few days there is swelling type structure when i press it starts painting.should i need to get it extracted ? I actually fear from dentists since childhood and being 21 year male feel embarassed to tell this to my dentist and i live alone so nobody to accompany me..is it really painful 😭

1)If your tooth which is erupting is straight and there is no hindrance,then you can go for operculectomy which means removing the gum which is causing pain and inflammation.
2)If the bone is interfering or if your tooth is in sleeping Position then go for Extraction.
3)The procedures will be carried out under local anaesthetic,if your understanding Extraction you might experience lil swelling,if you follow all the instructions given by your dental surgeon it'll go smoothly.
