Wiped vagina with mushroom extract wipe

I've been getting no sleep in a humid basement and just got a dehumidifier working in the basement, where I am, 24/7 yesterday. Since I used the facial wipe with mushroom extract one day to clean up menstrual flow in a hurry, I have had very little to no sleep. I blow a lot of mucous out nasally, have gas and normal allergy symptoms. I'm worried.
