Will this medicine work for gonorrhea

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I believe I have had gonorrhea for about 3 or 4 weeks, tested positive on Friday and took 2 200mg cefixime tablets and 2 500mg azithromycin tablets, what are the chances that this will cure me as a percentage? Also it is now Sunday and my symptoms are no better was wondering how long it will normally take symptoms to go away after taking the pills?
