Wife sleeping with other men?

My wife would usually get a yeast infection after we have sex for the first time in a while. She got an IUD over a month ago and then a couple of weeks later we separated. We have now been separated for 30 days and have not had sex in about 45 days. However I just found out that when she went for her doctors appointment they prescribed her something called metronidazole? Is she having sex with someone else?
