Why is Tazazin not working?

I wonder if you can give me some answers. I’m not entirely sure my mum is getting the correct treatment. Well I think she was initially started on the correct treatment and it’s not working..
My mum was rushed into hospital on 27th April, heart rate 198. She has been vomiting regularly for about a year. Various investigations and no diagnosis. In the end her GP said she would just have to live with it.
So mum is rushed into hospital as she was feeling really sick, the ambulance ran an ECG

as bp is high that why ECG done to rule out any complication due to heart.if she don't get better result once start homeopathic treatment. i m sure she feels better after treatment.
