Why I m bleeding again

Asked for Female, 37 Years

After medical termination on 27 th April I got down and cleared on 14 th n had my tvg ultrasound on 15 th May n again started bleeding which showed little significance of baby then again took misoprostol started bleeding cleared on 25 th n today I got my ultrasound done n immidietly I started bleeding again what couldn't the reason plz help
