Exospirin is usually given in pregnancy in those females who had a history of abortion in the past.
It’s dangerous to some extent but it will be helpful in maintenance of the pregnancy.
Your concern is very much correct but if you wait pros and cons then life of baby or continuation of pregnancy is always given a higher hand
