Why do i have menstrual cramping but no period
Hi I am 32 year old female, I have irregular menses and I usually get 10 days delayed. Since last 3 cycles I am having too much of menstrual cramping but the period does not start. If the period starts the pain is better, but when no period it is so severe that i have to take antispasmodic medicines. What treatment should I take ?
