Why cramping occurs but no period
My gf last menses date is 26 jun 2022, we done sex on 5 july 2022 and she take unwanted 72 in 2 hours... irregular spotting occurs on 10,11,12 july
She take pregnancy test on 27 june and 5 August both comes negative
She have cramps in lower abdomen from 1 week but period not comes why please tell me in detail
