A BIOPSY of that area is MANDATORY. This can be followed with some antioxidants

Biopsy does it necessarily mean CANCER. But biopsy can definitely prevent the chances of this lesion in becoming a cancer if it is not right now. Biopsy is the only way to go about this situation

Ideally it needs biopsy scalpel excision and sending to lab the sample to find out whether it is cancerous or not. If not cancer if precancerous condition leukoplakia then laser surgical excision . If sharp cusps are causing cheek biting then  they should be grinded Rx:- ORAWAYS buccal paste thrice daily for 7 days Cap Lycostar once daily for 15 days Tumeric paste application on affected area Diet modifications:- Green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, skimmed milk, green tea

Discontinue all habits! And some offending tooth as well need to be extracted. The patch needs to go for a biopsy to come down to any conclusion!
