Whiteheads and blackheads

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I constantly have this whiteheads and blackheads on my nose.. My skin is very dry.. I take steam and peel it using a whitehead remover but constantly it pops up and I'm frustrated over this.. This is further reaching on to my cheeks and forehead part.. Pls help

Wash the face with mild cleansers and use comedolytics like tretinoin 0.25% cream for 2 hrs before bedtime . Use sunscreens at bedtime to prevent irritation. Consult dermatologist if it persists .
