Hello Doctor, is it okay not to have white water discharge before my periods, that I used to have earlier but haven't experienced it for the past 3-4 months? I'm also experiencing weird PMS symptoms for the last 7-8 months, which I never used to have earlier. Please help me with your advice as this anxiety is taking a heavy toll on my health. I don't know where else to go and whom to consult. Every doctor diagnosed me with anxiety but i don't have any other reason for being anxious other than this as far as I can think of.

Small amount of discharge is normal, a psychiatrist would be of better help to diagnose anxiety rather than a gynecologist. Connect for proper diagnosis and treatment
