  4. White ulcers in throat area. This fast?

White ulcers in throat area
My son has white ulcers in his throat area...and he was having 102 fever ...now fever subsided...please check attached photos...is it Herpangina? Or something else? Also he has pain in his stomach when eating food.. I'm giving Azee 200mg 3ml and CALPOL 250mg 5ml.. applying Zytee Gel ointment in his throat area... He is eating food and fruits as well..he has hunger pangs as well...what should I do more to treat this fast?

Greetings looks like infection so it takes time to settle ,u can continue same medicine, use Luke warm water for drinking

Looks like herpangina...  probably due to a viral infection.
