White toung, swallowing, motions

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have motions 3 to 2 every after food and dry throat and white tongue. I surfed In Google and saw they are symptoms for HIV I am scared and writing this. My motions are not stopping from 45 days. I tested my blood and HIV is negative. So can someone help me
