As u brush your teeth daily the same way u need to clean your tongue with the tongue cleaner regularly twice a day.. If still the white coatings persists then u need to consult a dentist nearby asap..

Hello Mam, the whiteness in the tongue have go be examined properly, it could be normal if it goes off with your tongue cleaners but notice how often you get it also notice ur symptoms over there.
As like you brush your teeth brush out your tongue every day don't go for harsh tongue cleaners you may end up hurting urself.
