White thick mucus coming from my vagina
Well, im kinda embarrassed to say this but if it helps me to understand what's going on then ill share. When I was younger maybe around 15-19 i made a mistake of masturbating using objects such as pen etc... And after a few weeks i noticed thick white mucus coming out from my vagina. And I see it when I pee too. I physically feel fine but down there I don't know whether it is fine. And it still comes when I pee. Also now my periods last 2-3 days unlike before. Which is 5-7 days. Is this a major?

For whitish discharge u need to consult a gynec inperson so that examination can be done. Decrease blood flow can be due to many causes like stress, medical disorders (thyroid) etc.
