White substance on tongue

Asked for Female, 25 Years

A few months ago my BF and I had unprotected sex, including oral sex (both ways). Shortly after I discovered I had BV at the time, I was treated with metradozinal. However since then I've had s thick substance on my tongue that can be scraped. I've visited multiple doctors and tested negative for EVERYTHING. it is causing bad breath and dry mouth.
