White spots on my penis
Hello I've never had sex and yet 7 months ago these white spots appeared under the skin of my penis when I pull my foreskin back, I have checked pictures and it is definitely not penis pimples, and I don't think it's penile papules because it is not on the helmet of my penis. And skin cyst, and ingrown hairs, do not usually cover the whole shaft (when the foreskin is pulled back), it also itches sometimes. Pictures attached
