White spots on molar teeth
I have good some white chalky spots on the upper molars of my permanent teeth. How can I remove them ? I drink one can of coke daily but I brush properly , twice a day

It may be developmental defect. Nothing to worry about much. Though a picture of the tooth would help to confirm the diagnosis and treatment also can be planned. Plastic post a pic of the tooth in question.
