White spot on nipple
My baby is 4 months old.I am breastfeeding mother.From yesterday I am seeing white spot on nipple of left breast. While breastfeeding it is paining. For now I am using breast pump to take out milk. Please suggest me remedies for this.

It needs to be examined. Till then you can use nipple shield to avoid direct contact of nipple with the baby. It might be cracked or sore nipple..apply nip care ointment after feeding the baby 3- 4 times...
