Hi sir, my child is 5 years of age ... Last teeth is having a small whit shot n blood is coming while brushing....i have used "Tess" (truamcinolone actinide buccal paste) it has overcome but very little ... Shell I continue or what shell I do plz guide me Thanks

Hi.. this is a normal case so no need to worry about it. Plz don't use tess coz it is corticosteroids and it's very dangerous at this age.

Hello madam it is due to eruption of permanent molar which erupts between 5 to 6 years old or may be due to dirts in the teeth.  Kindly don't use the ointment you are having because it is a steroid ointment it's not advisable for this age .kindly visit a dentist. Thank you.

Don’t worry, this is normal. This is due to the eruption of the first permanent molar. Stop using Tess, it’s unadvisable. You can do warm salt water rinse 4-5 times a day. Also, visit a local dentist. Hope this helps.

At age of 5-6 yrs of age first permanent molars erupts so these r eruptions spots as teeth trying to come out of gingiva So dont wory plz consult a dental surgeon for confirmation by doing iopa xrays Stop using tess paste
