White patches on tongue , pain and swelling Unable to eat spicy food sometimes normal food also unable to eat since more tham 3 years

It could be due to medications . Also auto immune conditions can cause white patches and burning mouth. Consult a dentist who has specialised in oral medicine or if not a dentist . Certain ointments like kenocort can be used to suppress your burning mouth symptom .
