Baby is 10months old. His skin has become dry around mouth area and become reddish.He has got white patches on nose and mouth area.we are using mamaearth babu wash,chicco baby lotion for him. Kindly suggest which products to use

Hydration is the key. Give frequent liquids if possible like water and use mild moisturiser to be applied twice a day If problem persists even then better show your Pediatrician once
