White patches in mouth

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I was a tobacco addict and recently stopped the habit. I have white patches in mouth and red spot also. I had visited to MDS OMFS specialist and he told me that these are not yet looks serious and advised me to take SM Fibro and refular follow ups. I am worried about cancer. Please advice
