If the child looks sick, has fever, unable to eat, has diarrhoea, or has patches in other parts of body also, please visit ER immediately. However, if child is otherwise okay, apply venusia cream around eyes and sudocream around mouth. Keep baby moisturised. It may be infantile eczema
